The position involves responsibility for finance, accounting, and tax for the Innovalift group, as well as the parent company Innovalift AB. Among other things, this includes central accounting, group consolidation, preparation of financial statements, audit, tax, and mentoring local finance teams to ensure financial reporting accuracy.

The position is based in Stockholm and reports to Innovalift’s CFO.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform all accounting of the Swedish parent company, including its Italian branch
• Process and coordinate monthly financial closings with the subsidiaries, ensuring accurate reporting in the consolidation system (e.g., group eliminations, internal adjustments)
• Perform regular tax declarations to the Swedish Tax Authority (e.g., VAT, CIT, employer taxes)
• Prepare the statutory accounts and the annual report of the parent company
• Prepare and drive the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors
• Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Provide leadership and guidance to accounting teams in subsidiaries, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and principles
• Ensure quality assurance for accounting standards across multiple countries and subsidiaries
• Support transfer pricing and double taxation assessments to ensure compliance with international practices
• Take active role in financial integration and follow-up of acquired companies (e.g., PPA, reporting processes, impairment testing)
• Coordinate various administrative activities together with external suppliers (e.g., payroll, insurance)

CORE COMPETENCIES AND REQUIREMENTS

• Applicable Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 7-10 years of previous work experience, with significant exposure to accounting, consolidation, audit, and tax
• End-to-end finance process knowledge, and strong subject matter expertise, e.g., IFRS, finance processes
• Excellent administrative capacity, structured approach and service-orientation
• Good communication and prestation skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Data-driven with analytical skills and tool-box
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Proficient in internal systems, e.g., ERP (currently using Visma in Innovalift AB)
• Knowledge of Aaro (or similar group consolidation system) a strong advantage
